Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce announced that the "Tax Free Without Invoice" registration module of the Shenzhen Cross-border E-commerce Online Integrated Service Platform has been officially launched, enabling full-process electronic operations. Cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Shenzhen are required to make an appointment for registration two natural days prior to the clearance of goods, with data confirmation available on T+2. It is important to note that sellers must handle the process on officially recognized platforms and avoid using other third-party channels.
Amazon will announce its fourth-quarter financial report, and the market anticipates impressive performance and attractive valuation
It is reported that Amazon will release its 2023 Q4 financial report after the market close on February 5th, Eastern Time. TEMU and SHEIN suspend cross-border business in the country
Recently, TEMU, the cross-border e-commerce platform under Pinduoduo, has suspended cross-border sales to Türkiye. The platform now only retains local sellers and domestic shipment products, shifting its business model to a local e-commerce model. Meanwhile, SHEIN has also announced a temporary suspension of sales activities in Türkiye due to changes in local regulations, with the resumption date remaining uncertain.
USPS launches DDP international additional service
Recently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) announced the launch of a new international additional service called Duty Paid to USPS (DDP), which allows senders to prepay import duties, taxes, and related fees in the destination country at the time of shipment, ensuring that no additional customs clearance fees will be incurred upon package delivery
According to the announcement issued by USPS on January 30, 2026, this service is currently applicable to packages sent to Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and will be extended to more countries in the future. USPS DDP can be used as an additional option for Priority Mail Express International (PMEI), Priority Mail International (PMI), and First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS), and can be utilized through counter services, Click-N-Ship, USPS interfaces, or Global Shipping Software (GSS). It should be noted that this service is currently not supported for PostalOne!, licensed mailers, and shippers who generate their own waybills without using USPS software or APIs.

ONE suffered a loss of $88 million in the fourth quarter
Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 (from October 1 to December 31, 2025, corresponding to the fourth quarter of the calendar year). During the reporting period, ONE incurred a loss of USD 88 million amidst a challenging environment. However, on a positive note, ONE stated, "Although cargo volume and freight rates declined in the fourth quarter, a recovery is expected in the first quarter." According to ONE's latest guidance for fiscal year 2025, it anticipates a net profit of USD 27 million in the first quarter of 2026.
