Fastlink International Logistics' European overseas warehouses provide high-quality warehousing services for cross-border e-commerce. Strategically located primarily in Western and Northern Europe, these warehouses enable domestic delivery within 72 hours after an order is placed. This solves common cross-border logistics challenges such as long transit chains, multiple handling stages, prolonged transit times, poor stability, high costs, and cumbersome procedures.
Advantages Overview
Lower Logistics Costs: Shipping directly from overseas to customers is equivalent to domestic express delivery, resulting in lower costs compared to shipping from China.
Faster Delivery Times: By eliminating the complex procedures of international transport, customs declaration, and clearance, overseas dispatch is faster and more efficient.
Better Warehouse Management: Order processing is more convenient. Orders and shipments are synchronized to achieve automated batch processing, supported by professional management personnel at our overseas warehouses.
European Overseas Warehouse Operational Requirements
1. Calculation Method: Length × Width × Height (M). For LCL sea freight, Volume (CBM) = Gross Weight (kg) / 363. The larger value between actual volume and weight-based volume is taken. Charges are based on the total accumulated volume, retained to two decimal places, with a minimum unit of 0.01 CBM.
2. Minimum Sea Freight LCL Shipment: 2 CBM; shipments under 2 CBM will be charged as 2 CBM.
3. Overseas Warehouse Cargo Weight and Size Limits: The weight of each carton must not exceed 23kg, unless the single product itself exceeds 23kg. Any carton weighing over 15kg must be labeled with an "Overweight" sticker. No side of the cardboard box may exceed 63.5 cm, unless the dimensions of the shippable product itself exceed 63.5 cm. Multiple boxes are prohibited from being taped together.
4. For all goods transshipped via overseas warehouses, the SKU quantity and dimensions must be verified and measured.
5. Separate Customs Declaration requires the following documents: 1. Packing List 2. Commercial Invoice 3. Power of Attorney for Customs Clearance 4. Customs Declaration Draft 5. Contract 6. "Inspection Release Note" for goods requiring commodity inspection.
6. All products and packaging must bear the origin marking "Made in China". We are not responsible for customs inspections, seizures, or detentions caused by the absence of this marking.
Special Notes
1. We do not accept sensitive items such as liquids or powders, and strictly prohibit counterfeits, weapons, chemicals, or other contraband. Goods requiring commodity inspection or fumigation must be completed by the client during the stock preparation phase.
2. Our company assumes no responsibility for delays, cargo damage, customs seizure, confiscation, or loss resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, goods failing to meet customs import/export requirements, or force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Value-Added Services
1. Free Pickup Service: When you have goods requiring cross-border transport, contact Fastlink. We provide complimentary truck pickup service with no additional fees.
2. 7-Day Free Storage Period: Calculated per calendar week; any portion of a week counts as a full week. The day of inbound receipt is counted as Day 1. Storage fees for goods remaining in the warehouse due to the client's failure to confirm shipment will be charged; however, extensions caused by transfer warehouse reasons or public holidays will not be charged to the client.
3. Fulfillment Service (Order Fulfillment): Clients ship goods to our overseas warehouse, where we receive, count, and shelve them into our system. Once the client places an order via the system, it is processed and shipped on the same day.
4. Goods Transshipment: Goods can be stored in our warehouse in advance for replenishment to FBA (Amazon warehouses) at any time. We also support customer returns, consolidating them into a certain volume before assisting the client with return shipping to China.
5. Product Inspection: For returned products, we provide inspection services, including basic functional testing, appearance inspection, and accessory checks. An inspection report is sent back to the client upon completion, and the goods are reprocessed back into inventory.
6. Return Relabeling: For Amazon inventory relocated to our overseas warehouse, we receive the parcels, register them, and send the package information back to the client. Upon the client's instruction, the warehouse performs operations (labeling, outer carton relabeling) within a 5-working-day timeframe.
